FLORIDA RIGS
Hey guys, I was just browsing Brindlee Mountain's website, and found this

http://www.bmfallc.com/02489/index.htm

Does anyone know the story of when/why Miramar got rid of this rig?
I was near there for a visit with family not that long ago. If you've ever considered stopping and just looking at the rigs at Brindlee, it is well worth it.

Found a couple of aerials I would have liked to have brought home. Lots of interesting rigs there to look at.

Today, Sully and I took a little trip into Collier/Hendry Counties, we started at Immokalee Sta.32 serving Ave Maria then stumbled across several little volley departments across Hendry County (LaBelle VFD, Alva VFD, Felda VFD, Pioneer Plantation VFD & Clewiston VFD) it was a complete ghost town, not a person in sight.

Although the rest of the afternoon was quite disappointing, our first stop in Immokalee made my day!

Today, myself and Sully had the opportunity to stop by Miami-Dade Sta.12 at MIA to shoot R12's new Furion. Although she's missing the airport color scheme and graphics, she stands sharp!

First of all, your pictures are amazing!!!!

I have some questions to you:

Do you may have some pics of the apparatus from the Seminole Tribe Fire Rescue? They got some great 4x4 Units there!

Are there any custom all wheel drive rigs around, in southern Florida?

Kind regards from Austria!!

Lukas,

First and foremost, thank you for the compliment... I've shot a couple rigs from Seminole Tribe in my early days of buffing, I'd like to re-shoot their fleet sometime soon. As to a custom 4X4 engine, I know that Seminole Tribe has at least one, not sure as to who else has them in southern Florida.
