Department is now known as Jefferson Hills Police Department as they provide contract police coverage to 2 other communities as of 2003. These units were not repainted to match the new name.

I do not beleive FDNY ever had a Mack DM rescue, they did have R models.. I can be wrong though..

Ok a while back DOC ran the chassis of FDNY Rescue 4's 1979 Mack R. The body was from a 1971 Rescue that was also Rescue 4's. This has been replaced and is now a former NYPD ESU. It served either ESU Truck 4 or 9 who had the Mack DM/Saulsbury units.
It was in a copy of Fire Apparatus Journal a while back
