I wonder if this is the 1930 A-F tiller that was sold to the P.O.L. Fire Co. 2 of nearby Wayne Township about 1960? At the time the 25 square mile township was just shy of 30,000 population, now about 60,000. P.O.L. replaced it in 1970 with a Maxim straight aerial they acquired from Delaware. In 2009, their A-F was located in Hegins, Pennsylvania, which I understand they are in the process of getting it back, maybe it is already. The official name of the company is Property Owners Leage.

I'm thinking that this Seagrave might be the one that Paramus meticulously restored over a number of years starting in the early 1970's, taking it to parades with a sign proclaiming that it was a work in progress. Their patience and dedication to the project resulted in a magnificent restoration.
