On the back corner by its NYPD Reg number is DB... for Detective Bureau. If I remember this is ESU Detectives that run the Bomb Sqd. As for the inside, I think there is a computer area to watch and record the robots video cam as well as for portable xray and area to suit up in the bomb suit...
