Okay! I'm in Tampa! Bradenton first thing in the morning to inspect our new tanker. I'll be sure to post more than just our truck.

Just over a year ago, Vancouver/Whistler was host to the 2010 Winter Olympics. I thought I would post a few photos of some of Whistler's former trucks as well as some of their older trucks that are still in service. Whistler E 31 was this 1981 Anderson built 4x4 pumper with 840/800 spec.

Whistler Rescue 1 is this Anderson Spartan GT-1 4x4 Rescue. I am happy to say that this rescue ended up with a new coat of RED paint a few years ago!

I have not been up to Syncrude at Fort McMurray since 2001. I am pretty sure that they have replaced most of the rigs I saw at that time with the exception of 2 E-1 8x8 crash/fire/rescue trucks. Only 1 had been delivered at the time of our visit and it had a snozzle. I believe, at least, they have added a large capacity E-1 industrial pumper and are awaiting delivery of the Ferrara/Schwing that you mentioned.
