ladder 1 is going to replace ladder 11's current rig, no one knew what will happen to 12 and 16 apparatus yet.

More pics of the Snorkel can be found by scrolling down thanks to Frank B having posted them back in Feb. Makes it easy for not having to dig through pics up at the fire hose. These pics are from a parade probable around the early 80's before the front blue flashing lights lens where changed to red and fog lights where and to the front bumper. Behind the Snorkel is Engine 4 which is housed Washington Hook and Ladder Co. 1 with Ladder 1 which was at the time could have been the mid mount Perisch or the Alf 100' if it was around 82-83.

Thanks we hope to replace the scope within 2 to 3 years with another 75 Scope. It will keep the black over red paint job and have 6-8 man cab with raised roof. The fire pump will be increased to a 2000 gpm and also up the tank to 300 gallon and cut back to 800' of 5" instead of 1000' to try and get the bigger tank and some more compartment space back. This is a quick splice and hack of Seagrave/Aerialscope 75 line drawings to give some idea of the thoughts a few of us have. Also depends on what Seagrave can do for us when it comes time to start specing it.

This is a recon fig after talking to a guy from Seagrave about front axle load. Trying to shift the rears forward to make the back longer and have more weight after the rears to lift the front up and take some load of the front axle.
