One of 4 'R' engines delivered to the county, and the only one of the 4 painted red. The other 3 were 13 (Station 1, Chester) 23 (Station 2, Manchester) and 33 (Station 3, Bensley.) Stations 2 and 3 also took delivery of the first yellow rigs bought by the county...near identical 1970 Oren 1500/500s
Engine 1 to all units, we've got a glow in the sky!

It's an Atlas. Typically, that size body had a 1200 gallon tank.

Does anyone have a good program I could use to re-size pictures, I have a stack of apparatus shots from Bedford County from overseas trips in 2005 and 2008 but they are all 1.5 Mb, I have no idea how to re-size them.

Use "Microsoft paint" which is on almost all computers these days. Check your start menu program. Take a file, hit the strtch/ skew button on the top (third over on my menu) and resize by adding the same percentage until you get the size you want. You can save it as a jpeg or a phg.

hope that helps.

I also recomend Fotosizer (free on the internet) You can reduce whole folders at a time, and the photos are of large size but under the 199k we are aloud to post.

Ah even better, been struggling with the size vs quality, thanks Frank
