We then moved on to Roanoke for a 24hr shift

Hardly worth posting, but this is Engine 6 outside the old Station 1, sad to see it closed, it was a great old station. Great look inside the station.

Found this old girl as well, I think it was mentioned somewhere else, but this is looked after by the department, looked good, but unsure where it lives now.

We then headed off to Lynchburg for a VERY quick visit, only managed 1 shot. This older KME pumper.

Fastforward to 2008 and we headed back to America, and Bedford County



By this time several pieces had been replaced.



Back at Station 1 we saw a new 2007 Seagrave Tiller, one of the best designed and layed out pieces I have ever seen.
