I hope someone will indulge my question: are/were the Patrols equipped with the European-style hi-lo air horns, or is that something only the Squads were issued?

They have one housed at Station 32 in Azusa unsure on how it's staffed.

They also have one housed at FS 161 in Hawthorne. Don't recall how many were ordered though.
