1977 Dodge Power Wagon/Darley, 250/300. In 2005 sold to American FC-Fountain Springs (Schuylkill Co.),PA where repainted white over red.

Info on the Sharon Hill Pierce:



1982 Pierce Arrow canopy cab, 1000/750, top-mount, first top-mount ordered by company, 6V92T Detroit diesel, 350HP, automatic, 6 KW Onan generator, housed 5/21/83. Replaced and sold in 2003 for $22,000 to the Collingdale #2 Fire Company (Delaware County).

If that was 1987 it was probably the PA State Convention in Lebanon, that is Lehman Street. The Brockway was only just replaced in the last 2 yrs I believe.

This engine Was sold to, and is currently in service first out, with Muncy Valley Fire Company, Sullivan County, PA.

ironically i have the sister to the alden sheatown piece, it was just retired a few months ago when newport purchased the used apparatus from harleysville fire dept. the nanticoke piece above this pic was just sold to collector for 3000.00

Yes, the Minquas Fire Company of Downingtown still has the Autocar. Info listed below:



1949 Autocar/U.S. Fire Apparatus, full cab, 750/250, purchased by the borough for $13,500, housed on 10/14/49. The company retained this piece and had it restored. It is used as a parade piece.

WOW! May 2007 is the 100th anniversary of Minquas FC of Newport, DE. Here's their 48 Mack 3 door sedan cab. That's two really good loking oldies. I wonder what else bearing the name of Minquas will show up.
