Those Bombadiers look like they would be great fun to cruise around in, and I love the Power Wagon.

5 ton, no further info, but most conversions I've seen run 1000-1500 gallon tanks.

This was the only non surplus military apparatus I saw in use. Unfortunately it never sat still long enough to get any info or better photos.

DCR 12-4 at the Berkshire SPAAMFAA Show in 2010, the District Warden had it on display her answers to both questions were yes, it is still in service and no, it is not for sale.

You'd thought that at the first chance they got at this, the LA County FD would have tried to obtain it, given they still contract these out every year!

Colorado State Type 6 Engine (Brush 145). Housed at the Jackson 105 Fire Protection District in Douglas County. Rick Luebke Photo
Colorado State Type 4 Engine 731, designated locally as Brush 10. One of nearly a dozen purchased after the worst wildland fire in Colorado history in 2002. This unit is housed and staffed by Littleton Fire Rescue. This is a CAFS engine and what looks like the metal flatbed is actually the large water tank. Rick Luebke Photos
Colo State Tactical Tender operated by Elbert Fire Protection District as Brush 30. Rick Luebke Photo
A little different tactical tender set up, operated by Foothills Fire District in Jefferson County as "Wildland 1" Rick Luebke Photo
Colo State Engine 621, Type 6 Engine staffed by one of the local state offices. Many of these were also purchased after the Hayman Fire in 2002 and the state has stuck with this body style for the most part. Rick Luebke Photo

The Minnesota DNR bought two of the CL-215's I believe in 2001 and has operated them since.
