St. Louis Fire Department Pumper 2 2011 Smeal/Spartan 2000/500 On scene at a First Aid call. From the Union 2 Steamer [/quote] wow their chief must have a golden tounge to be able to convince council to purchase engines like this. I cant imagine that thing with all the options being cheaper than a standard quint. They must have some money to throw around.
we should have another round or 9 next year and we should be getting 7-9 quints factory refurbed at smeal. Everything will be Black over red with Eq2B's, new lights, engines, trannys... I think there was a mis-management of funds or something that one of the chief's discovered and they checked into it. I think Matt or Bob might be able to shed some light on this. They are Official STLFD members. Also, rumor has is that my buddy at HQ steve Reynolds went to smeal to check out some new rescue squads. But, they might be walk around instead of walk through.... This kinda how do I say.... "Disappoints me" but thats just me...

East St. Louis Fire Department Radio #4-2-2 Engine 2 In neighborhoods like this you generally don't ask for the rigs to be pulled out <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/fireman.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Got to spend some time with The 4-2-2 great stand up guys protecting a true American tragedy.
