Been chatting back and forth with this guy who has a truck for sale on EBay in Maryland.

1976 Mack CF600/Thibault/Hamerly 100ft Ladder Only 31,435 miles. Mack Maxi-Dyne 6 Cylinder Diesel Engine w/ Turbo and Turbine 375 Horsepower with Jake Brake. Allison HT740D 4 Speed Automatic Transmission (rare in a Mack truck). Gross Vehicle Weight Rating 36,940 lbs 11ft10in high 8ft wide 35ft long. This was previously in service in The City of York, Pennsylvania as Ladder "B".

Thibault 100ft rear mount aerial ladder Last certified in May 2009. Body by Hamerly Custom Productions (Chester911's plug!) Ladder has pre-piped 3" waterway up first fly with 1000GPM Elkhart Select-O-Matic Nozzle. Ladder also has intercom system to talk to person at top and also 2-120volt outlets at top of ladder. 4 Hydraulic outriggers at rear of truck. "NO SMOKE" Engine exhaust system (filters diesel exhaust). Cab seats 4 people...2 up front and 2 in rear jump-seats. Michelin 11R20 Tires on front with 90% tread remaining. Rear has Bridgestones 11R20 tires with 60% tread remaining

Truck has 5 very large cabinets (including one for 4-SCBA's and 7-air bottles) and 1 small compartment. 2-Federal Power Light Model 184-A3 Warning Lights as well as many other warning lights on side and rear of truck

Federal Q mechanical siren with brake. Has mount for generator +pre-wired outlets all over truck and top of ladder through panel box with 6-20amp breakers. 4 Norelco 500watt 120volt scene lights

Full set of Duo-Safety ladders (1-12', 2-16' roof ladders / 2-28', 2-35' extension ladders/1-40' bangor extension ladder w poles). All ladders are wood except one of the 35' extension ladders is aluminum. All ladders are in top-notch brand new shape. Heavy custom fit tarp for top of truck under aerial ladder for hose and tool storage and cover for ladder controls.

Misc. mounting brackets for pike poles, axes, spades, pry bars etc. This ladder truck is in great condition and everything mechanically and electrically works! Would make great truck for changing light bulbs, hanging christmas tree lights, painting roofs, birthday parties, or can be put back in service as a fire truck. There is some rust on the inner front fenders, and left front fender outer chrome trim piece. The whole truck could use a good wax job and a few touch-up spots. There is a small dent in right rear and a few small dents on lower rear taiboard/ bumper. But not a bad body at all for it's age! Truck drives like a dream too! Once the turbo and turbine spool up, this baby sounds like a jet plane coming down the road! I would not hestitate to drive this truck across the USA. Come out and test drive it before you bid if you would like. If you have any other questions, feel free to call me anytime at 443-398-0174. Prefer cash at time of pick-up but also accept certified bank check or paypal if need be.

Starting bid is $4,900 US. Email Andy with questions: andydrew7777777@peoplepc.com

As far as I know this was always a reserve truck for the city until it was retired in 2009. I own the only other Mack the city owned a 1973 pumper. Here is a pic of it at the Nabisco plant fire.
