I would agree.  Based on the Ford door emblem and quad headlights, it is more likely a 1957-1961.

The Sellersville FMC is not on a Spartan chassis.  Spartan did not get involved with these rigs until 1975.  The chassis on this one is a Ford L Series, modified by FMC for their custom cab.
