I toss this photo out a couple times a year to see if anyone has an idea where she ended up. It was thought that it went to a collector after Beacon Falls sold it. Awfully hard to hide a mid-mount Crown on the East Cost. Thanks to anyone who might have any info.
Yes, the old Crown was sold to a collector but I do not know where she is now. I believe the owner is form out-of-state.

KME purchased the old Hendrickson line in 1985. For a short while, they used the same cab designs and still offered the KME custom chassis to other builders. The old 1871C became the KME FireFox and the old 1871W became the KME Firehawk. The Renegade was their first KME-designed custom chassis and has always been a tilt-cab. KME also built the fixed cab-forward Falcon. See the "KME Spotters Guide" for more info...... Oh, wait, I haven't finished writing it yet! D'oh!
Butler NJ had a squared 1985 Hendrickson 1871 / Darley with the cab built by TCM aka "Cinciniatti cab"
