I have to give you the needle a bit & set you straight, Josh, based on your earlier earlier comment about the PowerArc lights <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Wink' /> ...

That's not a Q, but a first-generation Whelen Xecutor siren, the first electronic device to effectively mimic the resonance of electromechanical sirens. It has an awesome sound that isn't really matched by the Federal E-Q or the new Whelen or Carson coaster tones. Federal sued Whelen fairly shortly after the Xecutor debuted, so, these things are pretty rare & highly coveted among warning system junkies such as myself. Toronto, ON CA & Austin, TX have several apparatus with these chunky noisemakers, but, other than that, they're rare indeed.

There's a few NY State & Jersey Departments that are in the know about CustomFire. Here's a new delivery for Macedon Ctr., NY:

This will be the second Pete for Macedon Center, they have one almost identical to this that I shot in 2005.
