SAMT stands for staging area management trailer. It also carries their ASAP unit. The goal is to have all 21 counties have a trailer for managing a staging area. Likewise certain areas have helibase trailers to manage Helibase operations during wide area incidents.

[/quote] Got it, I wasn't sure what its function was, I have never seen that before.
