yes this is indeed a town name in illinois it is located in St Clair County

Duane Troxel listed this as a 1957 American LaFrance 1000/300 pumper, ALF model D-810-PEC with ALF serial #9466 which was delivered to the Denver Fire Department on 4/8/1957.
