I love when you visit NYC Eli
Eli, Your photos are very good, crisp. They are also edited very nicely.

Many of the remaining 2002 Ford/Horton ambulances have had an "8" added to their original 3 digit EMS number, resulting in a 4 digit 8000 series EMS number. Up until now, with the exception of the Cushman scooters, 4 digit numbers have been used for hospital owned vehicles only. Not sure if these are fully stocked reserve rigs or what - anyone have any info on this?

\ Lol no i think its just from one of thier dozer's that are at the acadamey
Certainly looks like a "Western" brand snowplow for a pick up truck to me. http://www.4qte.com/snow_plows_western_s...anite.html

Definitely a western ultramount blade.

My immediate first thought on this rig was that it looks like the Charlie Brown Christmas Tree of Fire Engines. Poor thing.
Yes, the blade is sitting on a container behind the pod.

Went up to the Big Apple last weekend to visit some friends and managed to catch a couple rigs out on the street.
