Trey, by chance was this picture taken at 17's on Sandbridge? Looks like their new digs, my family and I used to vacation out there. The Plain Jane was built by PAJ Industries, a subsidiary of American Fire Apparatus. The factory was located in Rogersville, AL. The interesting part is that I have never seen or heard of a midship Plain Jane, they were always built as bumper pumpers. This is truly a unique rig.

Another unusual fact about this rig is that before a re-furb the pump controls were mounted above the bumper in the grill area, I'll get up with the Chief in the coming week an try to get a pic of it.

Yes it was taken in the rear of station 17 .Very nice station and with a nice area they serve since its right on the beach.Your welcome for the pics glad to share.
