Got out today for what will most likely be my last trip of the year, minus my local stuff that hasn't been lettered yet. I don't normally photograph police units, but this first one is an exception. I've been chasing after it for about 3 years now, since I found out it existed. Finally tracked it down today, and thanks to a buddy at a dealer got some shots.
Also, manged to get to a few Washington County, MD. stations.
Great shots Pat. Love The DCPD Truck 1
Check out Md. Fire Apparatus @ MarylandFiretrucks.smugmug.com
Thanks Bus. Heard you got out and about today. Look forward to seeing your shots.

Went out today to grab some photos of the two newest updated rigs in Mifflin County. Both still have some minor decals to be added, but lettering was completed on them this past week.
Any idea were the X Frederick rig served?

We had it repainted last month. Lettering was completed yesterday.
Nice shots Pat! You were right about the graphics package (or lack thereof) for the tanker. Hopefully you guys will put something above the empty space on the front wheel well.

Any idea were the X Frederick rig served?
Nice looking repaint,Pat Jr.,what are you doing with the KME? This Seagrave saw a lot of action in its 16 years in Frederick and it got around some, here it is a few years ago covering a station in which it did not fit... WW Jenkins photo Countryboy,if you would like to enhance your knowledge of Frederick's 4 companies, the Arcadia Publishing book;"Firefighting in Frederick" is still available.
Thanks for the tip Doc. I will see if I can find it.

Doc, KME has been gone for awhile. Sold to Sheppton Oneida Fire Co. in Schuylkill County, PA.
Why'd you guys get rid of it? Just curious since you replaced with a unit a few years older than the one you got rid of.
Volunteer house. Money is an issue. Bingo flopped, so no steady income except for what the Borough allots us, which isn't much.
