Stonewall Jackson VFD (Prince William County) Engine 511. According to one of their officers I recently spoke with they will be taking delivery of a Pierce Arrow XT Engine at some point in the future.
How about that Arrow XT, wish it was popular in some other NOVA jurisdictions.
C'mon Splnterhead you know better. We'll have none of that. The great Kingdom of Fairfax County must do things differently than everybody else no matter how well it works there.
I guess if we maintain that attitude, then we are doomed to repeat it. Try using some of your "Seniority" to break the cycle. That would be very refreshing.
Not that I have anything personal to gain from any changes in apparatus spec's, but the Arrow XT (in my opinion) is the way to go. Props to Fairfax for going to the shorter wheelbase Velocity's without the mirrors featured on the last batch.
