Thanks for the info Micah. I was kind of surprised to see an enclosed pump panel this far south.

There are 2 or 3 of them in Davidson County which is 1 county south of Winston Salem.

Thats true Chris. Walburg has two enclosed top mounts and Gumtree has one. They only other ones I'm aware of are Sauratown VFD near King and Blue Ridge FD in East Flat Rcok.

This one was a first for me. Does anyone know how many Seagrave Concorde's actually were built?

Dont know I know Pittsburgh,pa has 1 or 2 of them on ladders its a shame if Seagrave would actually spend some more on marketing and less time on bragging about building FDNY's trucks they could have sold alot more of them it was a nice chassis.

Pittsburgh has 3 Seagrave ladders in front-line service, only 1 of them is on the Concord chassis (Truck 4). The other two (Trucks 14 & 32) are Maurader IIs.

I believe that Gatineau, Quebec (just across the river from Canada's capital city Ottawa) has two Concorde aerials and thought that they were the ones that Baltimore rejected.

Thats not the Concorde, its actually an Attacker. The Concorde was basically an ALF Eagle cab on a Seagrave chassis.

One of the Baltimore rejects spent the fall of 2006 in Matthews, NC as a loaner while their grumman tower was in the shop.
