Curved pump panel, a Hamerly trademark. The idea was that the operator could reach all the controls standing in one spot.

Amboy, WA had this pretty-rare 1967 4x4 GMC/Hahn 750/500 pumper. Commerical chassied Hahns were not all that common in the northeast. Very strange to see that this Jimmy made it all the way to Washington. Last for this early spring evening will be this wonderful 1958 Mack B/Heiser 1500/200 pumper that served Seattle, WA. Seattle had several of these pumpers that were powered by some big Hall-Scott gas engines, hence, the longer hoods. Mattson Collection <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/usa.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Usa' />

I should have more in a bit. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Big Grin' />
