Am I seeing this right, these rigs have a vent on the driver's side and not on the passenger's side? Odd...

I shot these 2 rigs yesterday in for service. I was told thay are from the USAF stationed at the Allegheny County Airport. I dident know thay had anything there? Pittsburgh International has the Air National Guard.
