Those small small fittings are taps to allow direct filling of Indian Tanks from the Booster Tank during brush fires.....usually found above the tailboard, these were spec'd by rural fire companies as an option upon occasion. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/3_12_21.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='3_12_21' /> <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/stirpot.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Stirpot' />

Very cool...nose into a hydrant and hit all the ports, all off the front. Lots of piping and elbows, I bet.

Any shots of that bookmobile-style rescue behind the engine?

Excellent photos. Thanks,

Gary

Wagon 66 from Arlington Hall Station FD was a 1980 Hahn/Firetec, 1000/500/30. This rig was transferred to Fort Belvoir FD when the AHS base closed in 1990. In it's day it ran as a two piece engine company, anyone know what the second piece was.

[/quote]No, I don't think so, Frank. They were across the river from each other. It looks like this wagon stayed in Virginia its whole life, Arlington Hall Station then Fort Belvoir.
