No looking at the two pictures, the cab windows to the rear of the officer's and drivers door are different.

Take note this picture is After all the reels were removed. They didnt like the reels. They also reconfigured the firebody and you can see that the cab has changed somewhat also.

If you look next to it you will see the body parts from the other Ward they bought. My boss was captain when they bought the 2 Wards and 2 International Tac trucks from Phila. They made the 2 crappy wards into 1 good one.

this is still in service with jackson twp luzerne county pa they also have a Pierce from yardley makefield

was recently told this truck is still around privatly owned somewhere in PA. Does anyone know anything about this and what condition it may be in?

[sub]The Yeadon pumper was very unusual, all the discharges were off the rear. Add to that the 4 door cab and you have a pumper ahead of it's time.[/sub]

This was at the Intrenational Air port in South Philadelphia, I do not have a photo of it's twin that was located at the north Philadelphia location.

I use to visit this station as a child. I thought the giant truck was cool. I shot this photo in 1989.
