Does anyone have a shot/specs for the new Tanker 506?

If anyone out there wants to check out the facebook page for the Dale City Volunteer Fire Department (unofficial site) here's the link. It not only features department info but apparatus pics, member pics, videos, incident updates and training videos. Good stuff. Feel free to join up.

Disregard. The (unofficial) Facebook page was squashed by the powers that be. What's sad is that volunteers with nothing to (personally) gain (who managed the page) were censored and told that all postings must be "approved" prior to being published to the page, when their only motive was to properly represent the hundreds of volunteers who give so much to care for, respond to and selflessly protect (with the many career staff) the county of Prince William. Motive? That for many, many years the "official" department website (despite numerous complaints by membership personnel) was, and continues to be poorly maintained, never updated, and an embarrassment to those who volunteer there. Hopefully things will change, and that pride and initiative will be encouraged, and not perceived as a threat to the throne.

It's not a Drfeelgood issue. He's a good man. Never said it was. I was merely explaining why a link I posted no longer exists.

Hmmmm..... perhaps I should seek litigation that the profile pic is mine along with many others (without my consent or legal permission). I deleted all my previous posts, yet now this.

Thank you.

[/quote] Good luck with that. How can you try to sue someone over pics you sent them to post? Nate I will protect the image of my department by any means necessary so just chill out and move on and post fire truck pics.

Poor Engine 503B.... She is tired. Right around 115,000 miles. Literally falling apart and def not photo worthy anymore. LoL. I'm going to try and find out what Myles is planning on ordering for replacement when I go up to run duty tomm night. Last I heard it was E\-One or Rosenbauer. At this point they just need to order a new Engine. Period. County Specs or whatever he wants. Just need something strong.

Again, I apologize to the members. My intention was to explain why the link no longer worked and ended up venting my frustrations in a very unprofessional manner.
