Layed over on the drivers side during a wreck. I dont know if the tank and pump were able to be used after the wreck or not.

I am interested in all of the equipment and apparatus used in fire fighting and ems service.

Umm, not quite.... piece was responding on a wet road behind the 1988 Grumman Tower. The tower was coming to a stop in front of the tanker, the driver of the tanker attempted to downshift to stop, missed the gear and had to rely on his brakes to stop. The tanker slid on the wet road and rear ended the tower truck, there was damage to the right side of the cab. The tanker was placed out of service, a local crane company bought it after it's accident. They took the body off and sold it, fixed the cab and now use this truck as a crane counterweight carrier. The body was sold to an unknown party (who appears to be Utica, Pa). Just got that story last night from a guy I work with (who trolls on the board but never posts LOL) who is/was a member of the Independant.

Actually the driver's side, otherwise correct Dave, IIRC, this was in early 1994, the Peterbilt/4-Guys replacement arrived in Dec.1994.

So the question remains, did the body of the Utica rig come from Frederick?
