can anyone tell me why did Highland Park switch from the blue to the black? and also keep the photos coming please

Highland Park went Blue in the 90's when the engine arrived to be different. Multiple other stations in the county liked the color and went blue as well, so to be different we switched to Black. I think it looks a lot better.
