I thought that members might like to see one of the Canadian military's range trucks being put through its paces.
Id love to drive 1 of those! Betting it handles better then a US 6x6

Caught this one at th100th Anniversary of the small town where my father grew up It's Vanguard (SK) FD Engine 121 a 1993 KME-International 4dr 1250/1000 purchased used in 2010 from somewhere in the US. Perhaps someone in the group knows where it was originally from.
This is the Vanguard (SK) FD back-up engine a 1965 Saskatoon Fire Engine/Dodge 500 500/500 Front-Mount Pumper which served as first out from the time it was purchased new by the department until they purchased the KME in 2010. It's in amazing shape for a 47 year old truck.
This is Engine 1 of Buckland (SK) Fire & Rescue a 2011 Hub/Freightliner 1250/1000 Enclosed top-mount pumper doing standby duty at an air show in Prince Albert SK yesterday. Buckland FR seves a mostly rural area on the north side of the city of Prince Albert.
This is a shot of Buckland (SK) FR's Engine 6 a 1987 Superior/Volvo FE 1250/1000 enclosed top-mount pumper and the previously posted Buckland FR E-1 operating at a bale fire during the same air show in Prince Albert yesterday.
This is Buckland (SK) FR Engine 4 a 196? Saskatoon Fire Engine/Fargo 'Power Wagon' 500/300 4x4 mini pumper operating at the same bale fire yesterday. Saskatoon Fire Engine was a regional builder which operated in Saskatoon
SK from the late 1920's until 1963 when it moved it's operations to Calgary AB. It went out of business in 1978. The crew with Buckland just love this rig. It can go ANYWHERE!

Interesting. This trusk was involved in an accident a little over a year ago where it was laid over on it's side and suffered heavy damage. It was recntly replaced by a 2011 Rosenbauer/Spartan 101ft platform quint. I had assumed it was headed for the scrap yard.

Whos tower is used? [/quote] The ex-Prince Albert Dependable/Spartan was originally delivered with an Aerial Innovations Tower
Here is a photo of the ex-Prince Albert ladder laying on it's side following the accident. All credit goes to the original (Unknown) photographer. After the accident,it went to Fort Garry Fire Trucks in Winnipeg (MB) where it was assessed and deemed to costly to repair.
If you can, take a photo of the other ID plate. This one did not have the ID number (it should be a 4 digit number)It can be located on the pump panel or in the cab.
