it was a 1983 and town's name is shaft in schuykill county

it is west mahanoy twp, it has 3 companies william penn, heights & altamont. it did have 2 others disbanded cirizens ,lost creek & west end lost creek, wiliam penn goes by william penn not shaft, as does heights goes by shenandoah heights, this engine was to be last known sitting in a field in ringtown near the private owner that owns it
