Crash 12 is assigned a 1985 Oshkosh P19  1000/1000/130/500 that was Rehabbed  by Crash Rescue Equipment in 2008.

Just outside of Fort Pickett is the Town of Blackstone. Their Apparatus was profiled in this thread 5 or so years ago. Here is there newest addition.

Apparently there was a multi-casualty training exercise in Northern Virginia yesterday involving multiple agencies.  From the FXCO-FRD DFCO-SO's Facebook page...

 
 

 

   

 

 

Appears to be a Pierce built unit operated by the Virginia Department of Health as a Mobile Radiation Laboratory.  No details available.

That VDH rig is kept at the AES Chester shop. VDH rents space from AES for storage of both the vehicle and its supplies. Its an Enforcer chassis and I want to say its about 6 years old...

Interesting.....doesn't appear to be a single warning light on it......I'm guessing if there is a need for it, it's well after an initial emergency !

Today, the Reva Volunteer Fire Department in Culpeper County, Virginia placed into service this Heavy Rescue.  It was purchased earlier this year from the Jackson Township Fire Department outside of Columbus, OH. 

 

Rescue 16 is a 1990 Pierce Dash, Pierce job # E-5601.

That's literally the same spot our photo group shot our Pics in May of this year. Nice Photo. Cant wait to visit this again.

Love it Chris! As Trey said we visited Reva earlier this year and they had just purchased the squad. Looking forward to seeing it. Nice photo. I have enjoyed following Reva since they were organized. Even had to chase a black snake off if the front apron with a pike pole to get photos of an older Seagrave. I felt like I had to keep turning around while taking that photo. Fun times......I think.
