I'm not sure if this is a Mack CF/Saulsbury or a Mack CF/Saulsbury refurb.  If it's a refurb, I need both years.

Is the one that PGFD bought and rehabbed with 5 gallons of Dupont Imron white and 100' of red 6" Scotchlite and was perhaps used by Berwyn Heights VFD in the late 80's?  Hard to tell if there is a big quartz flood light recessed in the sheet metal under the windshield.
