I believe this is Taneytown, Carroll County MD, a 1949, bought by them new. Diesel replaced orginal motor, the exhaust stack can be seen over the canvas roof.  Still around somewhere local.

That cab style was introduced in 1969, with that grille, which continued through 1971.  1972 International light trucks had a grille with five horizontal bars divided by a center vertical post.  Beginning in 1974, the center post disappeared.  The entire line of light duty trucks, with the exception of the Scout II models, was discontinued in April of 1975.  Therefore, this one has to be a 1969-1971, just not sure which.

          twin whelen max beam strobe lights on cab front, whelen edge

          strobe bar on cab roof, reassigned as Reserve Engine 6 in 1990,

          removed from fleet in 2001  #M-00273

 

1978 Freightliner FL-120/1988 American Eagle enclosed rescue squad              W        Rescue Squad 27

          PGFD owned, twin whelen max beam strobe lights on front grill,

          reassigned as Reserve Rescue Squad 3 in 1995  #C-1130/#M-20027
