Those ALF lightbars are pretty useless after a couple of years.

I think part of the problem is the strobe pack, and the over size lense that does not allow the light to be disperced like in other housings. If Philly was "smart, they would pull them and replace them with the same size led head.

The strobes are fine too.....when shooting a vid of the strobes, the flash patterns don't really come out, as the camera can't capture them..... On another note, read the new Snozzles (towers) were sent back to KME to be modified...any know for what?

I think 57's is back in the city if not both are.

Wow...in New York, even if the department didn't put it out of service, the State DOH would definetely yank Medic 258 from service...that's downright dangerous!!!

Yeah that back bar looks pretty rough! The front bar, I feel like might be in part to it being a strobe bar, but that back bar looks like it actually IS NOT working at all.
