 If you are refering to the McConnellsburg rig, I have never found any evidence that Stinebaugh had anything to do with it, looks like an ordinary Howe to me.
My unofficial list of Stinebaugh (almost 50 rigs ) has mini-pumps, brush trucks, pumpers, tankers, tanker-pumpers, and 1 mini utility/rescue.

I'm no expert on this subject, but there are several features on the hose body and pump panel of the Chevrolet pumper that resemble those of American Fire Apparatus.

Here is a X-Kistler rig that suffered a sad fate; 1952 IH R/Darley 750/300 ORIG. Henderson FC,Lewistown,PA.
Sometime in the 90s Dave and I found this at a golf course near Everett,PA.,being used for some sort of spraying.
