Here is Masontown's former Seagrave take in Kenco Fire Equipment's yard, I believe now owned by one of our Fire Pics members.

Who all on the board is from the Fayette County area? I take pictures for Keystone State Fire Apparatus News and have been trying to get down in the Fayette County area to get pictures for the last couple of years, but haven't been able to find a connection. Can anybody help me out?

Shoop, I'm from Scottdale, grew up in Connellsville. We got to try and hook up and take some pics. Hopefully others from this area can get together and we could have a nice outing. A year or two ago me and Ga Dave hooked up when he was in the area and had a nice day of shooting apparatus.

Geez, I would kill for that Masontown Seagrave.... I have always loved the color of the Masontown stuff... so if someone on the board owns it... let me know when you want to get rid of it... I will donate blood and sell all of my old shoes to raise money!!!

Dave

I know he will not sell it for anything - even to save his life. This is what I would refer to as his pride and joy and the piece definatly shows it!!!!!!!!!! Here is a picture of it I took at the 2006 Apple Blossom parade in Winchester, VA.

Can anyone advise if the International replaced this Open Cab CF-600 from Monarch. It is now privatly owned and will be soon pumping with the Open Cabs from Cumberland, MD and Dunbar, PA

I know one 'Pixer here who's happy to see that open cab Mack CF. It's one of only twelve that were built. He has one of the others, a 1968 Mack CF Open Cab CF-600 ex. Cumberland, MD

Chris, when we photographed Monarch in April 03, we were advised that the CF in Post#80 replaced the semi-cab. The IH/KME was a very recent addition at that time.

Monarch usually rolls the Ih-KME first out the Current CF (closed cab) did replace the Open cab

A few months ago i know they had wanted to get rid of the Ih-KME, but i don't know if they still do,
