Is the pictured Eng 102 the one that was stuck in the hot zone of the Haz Mat on the Beltway in Fairfax County numerous years ago and ultimately placed out of service??

504,

No, the Engine on 495 was a 1986 Seagrave. It sat behind Station 10 for a while after the initial decon in a containment pool and most of it was purple! When it was done with the rehab, it ran as 301 and kept having a ton of issues from and was final replaced.

I am pretty sure that ladder truck got on a boat in Baltimore and took a trip to somewhere in South America.

Thanks! That sucks, that was the last truck my father was assigned to before he retired from Bethesda.

I got the 250 off the back of the print, after some digging, found in a dept. history the 1932 rig was obtained in 1953, sold in 1956.

A large part of my collection was purchased from a GOOD man, John Floyd. I give him FULL credit on his work, although I may miss something. Thanks John. Also Scott Mattson, Warren Jenkins, Michael Schwartzberg, and Mike Sanders. Thanks Guys.

Should be one of these going to the District of Columbia as well.  Any other jurisdictions getting them?  Marshall what unit number is on the side of the Fairfax rig?
