I believe its "Wrapped" I'm not sure if its still like this? They were suppose to wrap it a few weeks after I had last left FL.

I think the above makes the second piece of the Miramar Fire Dept to end up in Texas.  A 2003 Pierce Saber/Encore rig is in service in Grandview. It bears SO#13831.
