Chmabers Hill had purchased an Old 1949 Mid Mount Seagrave Ladder Truck, took the aerial off of it and had it installed as a rear mount aerial on the 1975 International chassis to make this piece.

At some point they had the rig repainted and it became Engine 59-1.

Washington, VA ( locally known as "Little Washington") - This rig was originally purchased by Prince William County Fire and Rescue, was last assigned to Buckhall VFD as Tanker 16 - Washington VFD even kept the same patch on the door, just changing the lettering.
