Eastside operates two Seagrave/Advantage pumper-tankers but only one was in-service at the time. Engine 193 had a blown engine and was out for repairs.

Eastside's Amertek might be ex-Northern Cambria engine 504. They had two and wrecked one so I can't confirm.

Ok, after a little digging:

 

Northern Cambria, PA (Hope Fire Co.) had two Amerteks and the one they wrecked in 2004 was a 1990 model (radio identifier was CFR 504).  I believe the other one they had (CFR 501) which was sold in 02 or 03 was near identical to it.  I know 504 had the same strobes below the windshield and roof turret like the photo above.  Hopefully someone from PA can advise.
