Unlike the photos, that I posted yesterday, here are some real relics from PA.



Unfortunately, I have very limited infos about these trucks. So any additional info is much appreciated. The photos were all taken by Warren Gleitsmann from Maryland.



Tanker 35 from the Rescue Fire Co. in Dallastown was a International Cargostar with interesting looking tanker-body ( CAR-MAR ?)

Yes, CarMar. 1973 International/CarMar 250/2300 built for South Middleton Township, PA. First CarMar tanker sold. Sold to Rescue FC in Dallastown in 1981. Sold to Union FC, Bethel, PA in 1986. As of 1998, it was still there.

moosic pa lackawanna county had a very similar piece that had 1000gpm 1000gwt but was destroyed when their station burned the second or third time

Additional info on your shots:



Waterford



1981 Sutphen, Cincinnati 78 in. canopy cab, 1500/800. Originally purchasedby the West Whiteland FC (Chester County, PA). This was the first pumper ordered with a canopy cab, Detroit 8V71N, automatic, R6 KW Onan generator. It was ordered in 5/80 for $95,000 and went into service 8/81. It was housed on 9/6/86. It was sold to Waterford Fire Company-Ligonior Township (Westmorland County) for $65,000 and left on 11/23/97. It was repainted all red by Waterford.



Dillsburg



1957 Seagrave, 70th Aniversary series, semi-cab, 400/200, 85 ft steel midmount ladder, model 900A, Seagrave V12 motor, originally purchased by the Fire Patrol #2 FC of Darby Borough (Delaware County, PA),

in 1981 it was sold to Citizens Hose Company of Dillsburg, Pa (York County). It was refurbed in 1984 and stayed in service till 1989. In 1994 offered for sale by Craig Curfman of Whippany, NJ for $4,000. Offered again for sale by Greg in 2002.
