I haven't been out much at all in about a year, so I was able to grab a few rigs today.

My next stop was the Rockville VFD in Hanover County. This station has career staff during the day Monday thru Friday I believe.

Rockville used to run an engine with a slightly larger tank for their tanker. Now they have this monster. I wasn't real pleased with how this turned out.

Nothing special about this ambulance. It runs as "Ambulance" or "Medic" depending upon staffing.

This station also houses Utility 9, a late 80's Ford mini squad (which wouldn't start) and Brush 9. The firefighter on duty assisting me with photos said it was too dirty, so I didn't press the issue.

Final stop for the day was Centerville Fire and Rescue Co. 3 in Goochland County. This station sits on a slight hill and it's hard to get a level shot. They have a Spartan MetroStar heave rescue on order and when that comes in I hope to go back and shoot the entire fleet at a different location. Two engines, a tanker, heavy rescue, brush truck, and two ambulances are housed here.

I have several photos of this rig pumping from draft! I'll look for them and post them.
