This Truck is defiantly newer than a 1992. I would have to guess it should be in the 2004-2008 range.  

I have it listed as a 1992, and the company web page has it listed as a 1993.

The picture you posted of UT10 is a 2008 Ford. It replaced the 1993 Ford F350 which was given to the City of Laurel DPW.
