Can a former Maryland guy get a brief run down on how the Carroll County ATR team works and what equipment is carried on the rig that isn't carried on a typical heavy rescue?

Im not exactly sure of what is carried on this unit, But  I know they have and identicle one for The Haz Mat Team.

And the Haz Mat Team, has a Duty Officers Car, Which i find interesting as the whole County is Volunteer.

ATR 30 carries advance rescue equipment for like confined space rescues, High angle rescues and building Collapse rescues.

And the Haz Mat Team, has a Duty Officers Car, Which i find interesting as the whole County is Volunteer.

It is for any volunteer Hazmat officer that is around to use. Yes the county is all volunteer but we have a volunteer Hazmat team which most of the team members come from different companies in the county. They mostly respond in their company utility units.

Our ATR team is set the same way.
