One of four identical (except for color) units purchased with state funds.  The other ones went to Cranstion Heights (New

Castle County Haz-Mat/Decon Team, painted white), Dover (Kent County Tech Rescue Team, painted red and now housed at Little Creek Fire Co, I believe), and Rehoboth Beach (Sussex County Tech Rescue Team, painted white)

I've never seen the size waterway on a newer rig like that is there multiple like that?

My immediate first thought on this rig was that it looks like the Charlie Brown Christmas Tree of Fire Engines. Poor thing.

It reminds me of the waterways on the older ALF Waterchiefs, mounted to the side of the ladder and not underneath.  I cannot recall many modern ones like this one, maybe it was done "custom" so the ladder could cradle lower to meet a height restriction.  Just guessing.

Is it possible that this was a modification after the apparatus was originally built?
