I missed the 701 when I first looked at the thread.  Does NNFD have a new numbering scheeme?

Not a new numbering scheme . What ever station has a second engine its numbered 101 ,201 etc . They use to run 2 engines at a few stations in the past .

Thanks Trey, it's been so long since I've been to Tidewater, I'd forgotten about the second engine at some of the stations.

In 2014 Richmond transitioned back to the Engine and Truck Concept . A lot of changes and moves have taken place .

Chesterfield County has placed four new tankers in service at Tanker-6,7,13, & 19.

 

   

 

 

Job numbers for the others are: Tanker-7: 27668-02, Tanker-13: 27668-01, Tanker-19: 27668-03

Smithfield VFD in Isle of Wight County has taken delivery of their new engine. It is not yet in service, another week or so.

Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Fire & Emergency Services has two refurbed rigs in service, one at Naval Station Norfolk, and the other at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Va.
