Spring has seven stations and currently run with two rescue squads, so having two back then is possible.  My Pierce list shows several deliveries in the late 1980's and early 1990's to Spring, but incomplete specs on what type of apparatus they were.  There is a 1987 Dash that could have been similar to this rig.
