Interested to know if you guys found out why Hillsborough had the Snozzle stripped from that rig(former E9) and reassigned it to E1 as a standard pumper, then replaced E9 with one of the new Quints? Was there some issue/problem with the Snozzle boom? Thanks in advance Brothers.

The streets down their must all be eight lanes! Those are some large apparatus, I would hate to be the one operating those machines.
Is Orlando Heavy Rescue 1 running out of Station 1 again? I saw a video today of the new one rolling out from The Big House again.

Orlando Sta.2 was closed at its current location a few months back to be demolished along with the whole area around the station so the city could build a new complex on the site... Eng and Rescue 2 are running out of a temporary station several blocks west closer to OBT and Heavy Rescue 1 is running from Sta.1 again until the new station is built.

New engines for Cedar Hammock Fire Rescue - to 221 and ?
https://www.flickr.com/photos/piercemfg/16992312768/ That would make 4 total Pierce Impels, 2 2000 Pierce Dashes, and 2 2001 E\-One Typhoons that I would guess will be sold (or already have been).

Quote:New engines for Cedar Hammock Fire Rescue - to 221 and ?Just picking nits here, but the only Impel's are the two new rigs. The twins from 2010 are Contender Big Block models. They use the same cab shell as the Impel/Velocity, but they were built in Florida.
I'm sure this sounds like an odd request, but does anyone have a photo of the rear of Jacksonville's tankers?
Thanks in advance, Trav!

It appears ex-Orlando Heavy Rescue 1 has been sold by Brindlee Mountain, but all that it says is "Illinois". Does anyone know who actually bought it?
